The remains of San Esteban, are a part of the city.

It shouldn´t be understood as a detached, isolated or hidden objet The main goal of the proposal is to build a continuous and accessible urban square which protects the site and multiplies the different ways of using the space.

A light structure is raised using as foundations old wells that have already altered the ancient structures:one of the purposes of the project is to cause the minimum impact on the remains.

A mixed use is proposed at the public plaza in order to get an active space, not only a museum.
